He never waited to be asked for help, because he was always the first to extend a hand and do everything he could for people, with the sincerity that was so characteristic of him. When the war began, Hiia was among the first to go defend his native Ukraine, because he was a warrior! Because who else, he would say, if not him?
Right now it is very hard and painful, but we must stay strong because we love you, and you always brought laughter and a good mood, even on the darkest days… Hiia – you will always remain in our hearts and in our memory
